Ed Mack was a Hearst cartoonist who eventually took over Mutt and Jeff from Bud Fisher. In 1916 he was drawing a full-page Sunday in the Fisher style called Lost in Lonesomehurst about a suburban couple and their new maid. I'm partial to this single-panel, At the Movies, again showing that Fisher influence. All from 1916.
I have never seen this before-thanks for sharing--charlie
