    i HAVE THIS, jOHN, BUT THE PLATES AREN'T COLOURED, SADLY. IS THERE ANYWHERE I MIGHT FIND THE COLOURED PLATES ?

    Mike, these plates were photographed from a library collection. If I remember correctly it was at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta
